TL;DR: Stop using the recalled Golden Resale camping showers, Petzl SIMBA and SWAN EASYFIT harnesses, and Hollis 200LX second-stage regulators, then follow the refund, replacement, and repair instructions posted by CPSC.
Three recent warnings on CPSC.gov affect gear that prepared adventurers use for hygiene, vertical movement, and diving. The newest is the October 01, 2026 recall of Portable Camping Showers with bucket and immersion heater, involving about 400 units and offering a refund, according to Golden Resale Recalls Portable Camping Showers Due to Risk of Serious Injury or Death from Fire Hazard. The second is the May 14, 2026 recall of Petzl SIMBA CLIMBING and SIMBA PARK Children's Harnesses, SWAN EASYFIT STEEL and SWAN EASYFIT STAINLESS Harnesses, involving about 1,270 units in the United States plus about 220 sold in Canada and offering a replacement, according to Petzl America Recalls SIMBA and SWAN EASYFIT Harnesses Due to Risk of Serious Injury or Death from Fall Hazard. The third is the July 16, 2026 recall of Hollis 200LX Second Stage Diving Regulators, involving about 7,200 units plus about 370 sold in Canada and offering a repair, according to Huish Outdoors Recalls Hollis Diving Regulators Due to Risk of Serious Injury or Death from Drowning.
Together, the three actions cover distinct hazards, distinct remedies, and distinct purchase periods. None of the Petzl or Golden Resale cases lists injuries, while the Huish Outdoors notice lists product breakage without injuries. All three notices identify importer or distributor, country of manufacture, recall number, and consumer contact channels.

What to do with gear already in your kit
Isolate the three product types
For the Golden Resale shower, stop using the Portable Camping Showers immediately. For the Petzl harnesses, stop using and selling the recalled harnesses immediately. For the Hollis regulator, stop using the recalled diving regulators immediately.
Do not continue field-testing a suspect heater, harness buckle, or second-stage regulator. Keep each item out of loaner bins, group kits, vehicle storage, and adventure-park inventory until its status is resolved.
Match markings before calling
Check a shower kit for the black 5-gallon collapsible bucket, black rechargeable pump marked ZAREI in white under the display, shower head with gold trim, black hose, and 1500-watt heater with heart-shaped housing openings and black plastic endcap. Check a harness interior for the plastic card carrying the serial number, then compare the model name and single-or-five-pack number against the four listed Petzl combinations. Check a regulator top for the Hollis and 200LX engraving, then read the number under the mouthpiece and compare it with the four listed Hollis ranges.
Use the company channel tied to the matching recall: Golden Resale for the shower refund, Petzl America for the harness replacement, and the nearest authorized Hollis dealer or Huish Outdoors for the regulator repair. Have the purchase marketplace, purchase period, serial or model number, and photographs available when requested.
Keep the recall numbers with your records
Retain recall number 27-013 with the Golden Resale shower paperwork, recall number 26-487 with the Petzl harness paperwork, and recall number 26-624 with the Hollis regulator paperwork. Those numbers identify the Fast Track Recall entries and help track refund, replacement, and repair requests through Amazon, Walmart, Petzl America, authorized Hollis dealers, and the listed email and telephone contacts.
